Agave americana 'Mediopicta Alba' is a beautiful variegated succulent that forms rosettes of leaves with a bold creamy-white central stripe and blue-green margins. The rosettes grow up to 4 feet (1.2 m) tall and 6 feet (1.8 m) in diameter. Leaves have recurved spines on the margins and a long terminal spine. Flowers are yellow-green. A rosette does not bloom until it is a decade or so old, and it dies after flowering. Full sun to part shade, watering once soil has become totally dry,
