Echinopsis - Chamaecereus Peanut Cactus Hot Pink
The Echinopsis chamaecereus Hot Pink is a small, branching cactus that is native to Argentina. It is also known as the peanut cactus, due to its squat, round shape. The Hot Pink variety is a particularly attractive cultivar, with bright pink flowers that bloom in the spring and summer.
Peanut cacti are easy to care for and make great houseplants. They prefer full sun and well-drained soil. Water them sparingly during the winter and more frequently during the spring and summer, when they are actively growing. Peanut cacti are not frost-tolerant, so they should be brought indoors during the winter.
