Pilosocereus floccosus is a species of plant in the family Cactaceae. It is endemic to Brazil, in Bahia and Minas Gerais states. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and rocky areas.This cactus grows up to a height of 3 metres. It prefers a sunny position in well-draining soil. Water regularly in Summer, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings, and keep fairly dry in Winter.
